Xie Ayi worked with our agency for several years, and I appreciate her past work. However, recurring communication and trust concerns, together with a caregiving incident that prompted a client complaint, led me to end our working relationship. As of 2026, I no longer work with or recommend her and will not arrange any future placements for her.

My standards extend beyond cooking and childcare skills. Safe care, honesty, and respect for others are essential. Serious, verified violations of these standards result in termination of our working relationship and no future placements.

Past online reviews mentioning Xie Ayi reflect earlier experiences and do not represent my current recommendation.

Any future engagement with Xie Ayi outside our agency is a private arrangement, neither referred nor endorsed by Mrs. Zhou or our agency. We do not arrange or supervise those services. However, recurring communication and trust partnership issues during our collaboration, coupled with a care incident that resulted in a client complaint, led me to decide to terminate our. From 2026 onwards, I will no longer work with her, nor will I recommend her or arrange any services for her.

My requirements for hiring a nanny go beyond just cooking and childcare; they also include ensuring safety, integrity, and respect for others. If any serious violation of these requirements is found, I will terminate the partnership and will not hire or assign her any further services.

The online comments about Aunt Xie in the past reflect my service experience at that time, and do not mean that I still recommend her now.

If anyone hires Aunt Xie privately through other channels in the future, it will be a private arrangement and will not be recommended, arranged, or approved by Mrs. Zhou or our agency. We do not participate in the arrangement or supervision of this service; please communicate with her directly for any related service issues. Please do not refer to such private hiring as "recommendation by Mrs. Zhou" or attribute any problems arising from this service to Mrs. Zhou or our agency.
